When should I arrive?
Arrive a few minutes early to complete any forms and settle in before your service. Find us at 3810 South 6th Street, Suite 120, in Klamath Falls.
What if I’m not sure which service to choose?
Call 541-884-2800 and our team can help you choose. If a service isn’t listed in online booking, call to ask about availability. Hair color prices marked + are starting prices; your stylist will discuss your needs and pricing during your consultation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service price. Weather, illness, and other emergencies do not waive these charges. Please review the full policy in online booking before scheduling, or call us with questions.
