Reopening After COVID-19 Closure

We want to keep you informed on the things we are doing to keep you and our guests safe as we reopen to the public.

 

  • We will be reaching out to guests ahead of their appointments to verify they do not have any symptoms and have not been exposed to anyone with symptoms or a diagnosis of COVID-19

  • We ask that guest not bring anyone with them to their appointment that is not a parent/ guardian if they are not also there for a service.

  • We have temporarily stopped offering beverages and our stress relieving neck and shoulder massages in our salon.

  • We will be utilizing touch-less thermometers to verify that our staff is fever free.

  • Our staff will be wearing masks while we are in contact with any of our guests.

  • Guests will be asked to wear masks to the extent possible during their visit.

  • Fortunately, our existing hair stations are 6 ft apart but we have taken the additional measure of using additional stations to spread our team and guests out as much as possible.

  • We will continue sanitizing our chairs, treatment rooms, and other work areas between each guest.

  • We have added hospital grade HEPA 13 air filtration to each treatment room as well as throughout our salon and spa.

  • We will continue to use a clean laundered cape on each hair guest.

  • We will continue to wash our hands with soap and water between each guest.

  • We will be asking all guests to wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival.

  • We have moved our card swipers so we no longer will need to handle your card for payment.

  • We may ask you to wait in the car for your appointment time if we can not insure physical distancing between guests in our waiting area.

  • We have implemented additional daily cleaning and sterilizing throughout our retail, service areas and restrooms.

  • We will be offering convenient curbside pickup of retail items to limit the number of guests in the building. Just call ahead and we will get your order ready.

These are just some of the many things we have implemented based on our own assessment and the requirements from the Oregon Health Authority. We ask that you are patient and understanding with us as we move forward through these changing times. We will continue to do everything we can to provide our guests with the highest quality service experiences. We know many of you are eager to get in for an appointment and we will be reaching out to all guests that missed an appointment due to our closure to get them rescheduled as soon as possible. Our phones will now be staffed all day during regular business hours if you have any question or concerns.
